Mirror Units and Mounting Stands
Two or three sides of a machine can be safeguarded with a single light curtain by using mirrors to deflect the infrared beams
The Smartscan mirror system consists of a floor mounting kit, mirror and a 1.8m high aluminium column for mounting the mirror. Each of these items need to be purchased separately
Mirror assembly slots onto the column and can be adjusted to the required height
Mounting stand enables the mirror unit to be rotated through 360° whilst allowing full adjustment in the vertical axis
Mirrors cause a reduction in optical efficiency, reducing the effective range of the light curtain, refer to the key characteristics table for guidance
