Ideal applications for the Power TOPLED series include: display backlighting, indoor displays, signal and symbol illumination, automotive lighting, marker lights or light guide coupling.

Power TOPLED package: PLCC-4 (3.4 x 3.0 x 2.1 mm)
Viewing angle 120°

For these non-cancellable (NC), and non-returnable (NR) products, Terms and Conditions apply.

Note

Amber LEDs – Originally designed for use in automotive brake-light applications, OSRAM amber LEDs can appear red due to a high dominant wavelength value. Refer to a dominant wavelength colour chart to find your chosen LED colour.
