The 4D System 4DLCD-28320240 is a colour active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). It is composed of a colour TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC and a back light unit and with/without a Resistive Touch Panel (RTP).
