Eaton Non-Fused Switch Disconnector, 3 Poles, 5.5kW Power Rating - T0-2 Series - 207147 T0-2-1/I1/SVB

Use this non-fused switch disconnector from Eaton to cut the current flowing to electrical equipment in the event of a short circuit or power outage. As the unit is non-fused, it's easy to reset after actuation because you don't need to replace any components. The IP65-rated housing is dust-tight and protected against close-range high-pressure jets of water. This means the switch is ideal for use in harsh industrial environments such as food production factories, warehouses and mechanical engineering plants.

Features & Benefits

• Screw connections for easy installation into your main circuit

• 1 million mechanical operations for a long service life

• Wide ambient temperature range of -25°C and +40°C for safe use in extreme environments

• High power rating of 5.5kW to handle demanding applications

What's the difference between a fused and a non-fused switch disconnector?

When it's actuated, a fused switch disconnector breaks the circuit using a fuse, which is a sacrificial element that needs to be replaced after tripping. Non-fused versions like this one stop the power supply using a rotary switch or knife-blade disconnect. Both options are reliable, so the one you choose will depend on your setup.
