OSRAM Chipled Series IR LEDs

The Chipled Infrared (IR) emitters, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are in the Chipled series package. They offer both dome and flat TOP lens options. Suitable applications for the Chipled series of IR LEDs include; miniature photointerrupters, industrial electronics, mobile devices and for control and drive circuits.
