The EPIGAP OSA Photonics Ceramic high power LEDs with integrated lens offer a viewing angle of 20 degrees and come in a compact size of 6.0 mm length 4.6 mm width and 4.3 mm height. The circuit substrate is made of AIN ceramics. Devices are compliant with ROHS and REACH standards and are lead free solderable with gold plated soldering pads. The thermal pad is electrically insulated and components are taped in 16 mm blister tape with the cathode positioned toward the transporting perforation.
