Need to keep control over your automated machinery? Make this inverter drive control unit from Siemens part of your setup. By varying frequency and voltage, it's able to start, stop and jog your motors. It simply snaps onto the front of your SINAMICS PM240-2 power module, making installation a doddle. A keypad and display can be clipped onto the control unit, giving you a user-friendly way to configure the 15 digital inputs. Three of these are usable as STO, SS1 and SBC safety functions. This means you can protect against unexpected starts, carry out rapid stops and signal external safety breaks. Use this drive to reliably operate induction motors in pumping, compressing and processing equipment and reduce machine downtime.
