The product is made from extruded aluminium with die-cast zinc corner pieces and single-pane safety glass. The base frame is powder-coated in RAL 7035, and the hinge and lock section are natural anodised.

The single-pane safety glass offers high resistance to solvents and scratches, is anti-static, and reduces the risk of injury if broken. Additionally, it protects the interior components from dirt and moisture.

The section features a standard double-bit lock insert that can be replaced with other lock inserts (27 mm, type A) or an Ergoform-S lock system (except for height 270 mm). The hinge allows a 180° opening angle, and the section is height-adjustable to ensure a secure fit. It also stabilises the door cut-out.
