RS PRO Mica Heating Pad, 80 W, 260 °C, 230V ac, 50 mm 50mm

This product is only 50 mm wide, so it's ideal for placing into any space where a conventional heating element won't fit. You can also position it between metal surfaces on process machinery such as moulds and dies. The unit is safe and easy to install as it comes with an insulated terminal and earth leads. For extra durability and strain resistance, the wires are reinforced where they meet the pad.

You'll find this mica heater used on packaging, manufacturing and test equipment, including platens and laboratory machinery. For the best heat transfer results, use it with a temperature controller and clamp the pad securely to the surface.
