RS PRO Silicone Heater Mat, 100 W, 100 x 150 mm, 240 V AC
This RS PRO heater mat is a useful alternative to mica heaters. Designed as a thin panel, it can be slotted into awkward or tight spaces. Made from vulcanised silicone, it's flexible enough to fit around uneven surfaces and has a high level of durability. Thanks to the foam material, it heats up quickly and can withstand high temperatures, so it's ideal for a wide range of industrial uses.
This pad is fitted with a braided PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) thermocouple for accurate temperature control and comes with two insulated wire terminals, for safe connection to your electrical circuit. A self-adhesive backing makes it quick to install.
It has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP65, so it's suitable for use in dusty and moist environments. Use this pad on laboratory and process equipment for heating and curing applications or to prevent condensation.
