Lightweight Hot Melt Gun


Applicator gun accepts RS 12mm hot melt adhesive sticks only. The gun features:

Trigger feed operation, allowing one hand operation.
Silicone inlet sleeve.
1.5m of double insulated lead.
Ready for use 8 minutes after connection to the mains.
Typical operating temperature of 206°C.
Unused sticks may be left in the gun indefinitely.
Produces a thin bead of hot adhesive.
Suitable for use from 100 to 250 V a.c. supply.
UK (BS1363) and Australian plug versions available.
Maximum power consumption 45W
Power on warning light

Typical uses:

Temporary bonding on PCBs.
Speaker cone/grille fixing.
Coil termination and trunking installation.

Note

It is recommended that the gun is disconnected from the supply if the delay before use is likely to exceed 30 minutes.

The melted adhesive reaches temperature up to 200°C
