Zinc coating on the mounting plate prevents corrosion, making it suitable for use in humid environments. For added safety, you can attach an earthing connection to the mounting plate to protect against static discharge. This enclosure comes with a perforated door strip that lets you insert external cable accessories without machining the door for greater ease of use.
