Hammond Enclosure, 40 (L) x 40 (W) x 15mm (H), ABS Construction, Black Colour - 1551 Series - 1551QFLBK
Make mounting your electronics a piece of cake with this enclosure from Hammond. It comes with integrated flanges on either side of the lid, so you'll have no trouble securing it to posts and equipment with cable ties or straps. Thanks to dimensions of 40 (L) x 40 (W) x 15mm (D) and a weight of just 20g, it's small and light enough to install almost anywhere. The unit is moulded from ABS, meaning you can be sure it's tough enough to handle impacts and abrasion. Lap joints and a screw attachment ensure the lid fits snugly to keep dust and water splashes out to an IP54 rating.

Do I need to drill holes to fit the lid?
No. There are two pre-drilled holes in the enclosure lid and as the screws are self-tapping, they cut their own thread.
