The tape uses an acrylic foam backing that compresses to accommodate irregularities and maintain contact across bonded substrates.

It has been evaluated against ASTM D-3330, ASTM D-1002 and ASTM D-897, which assess peel, tensile and shear characteristics under standard test conditions.

The foam layer measures 1.6 mm, which enhances gap-filling and stress distribution across the bonded area.

The product is supplied as a 33 m roll to support continuous use in production or long repair sessions.
