Siemens Stainless Steel In-line Flow Sensor, 0 to 10m/s Flow Rate - SITRANS F M Series - 7ME6520-3MC13-2AA1

Monitor the movement of water in a pipework system with this flow sensor from Siemens. It produces an electromagnetic field that reacts to the liquid passing through to determine its flow rate. You can combine it with a flow transmitter to easily manage data. For added safety, the device comes with integrated grounding electrodes that redirect electrical current in the event of a surge. This means you can safely use it underground or underwater. Install this flow sensor in wastewater treatment and production plants to manage water usage.

• Stainless steel housing is corrosion-resistant for extended service life

• Flow rate between 0 and 10m/s (milliseconds) measures both slow and fast movement of liquids for versatile use

• Ambient operating temperature range between -40°C and +70°C for use in harsh environments

This sensor is compatible with flow transmitters from the MAG 5000 and 6000 ranges. These are microprocessor-based devices with integrated displays and keypads that let you manage the data from the sensor.
