This flow sensor monitors low-volume gas flow in industrial automation systems, providing bidirectional thermal measurement of mass and volumetric flow for applications using air, nitrogen or argon. It operates from ambient to media temperatures of 0°C to 50°C and is intended for inline pneumatic integration with tubing O.D. 6mm and an M8 plug electrical connection.

It uses an A-coded M8x1 plug with reverse-polarity protection across all pins and supports a 22V to 26V DC supply range.

It communicates via IO-Link Device V1.1 using the Smart Sensor profile with a 14-bit measured-value channel and BDC status bits.
