Sensata Cynergy3 Horizontal Float Switch, PVDF, 1m Cable - RSF70 Series - RSF77Y100GV/RS

You can use this Sensata Cynergy3 float switch to monitor liquid levels in your tanks. It consists of a pivoting actuator with a magnet and a reed switch with a sensor. The actuator moves as the level rises and falls, causing changes in the electromagnetic field. The sensor responds to these changes, triggering the switch's contacts to open and close. This switch is designed for mounting on the outside of a tank for situations where you don't have access to the inside of the tank. Its Viton gasket is resistant to chemicals and wear, providing a long-lasting seal to prevent leaks. A switch like this is commonly used to activate and deactivate pumps or alarms in sewage control and water treatment systems.

Features & Benefits

• Wide operating temperature range of -10°C +105°C for use in demanding environments

• PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) body material for durability and corrosion resistance

Can I change the switch action?

Yes, you can easily change the switch's function from normally open (NO) to normally closed (NC) by simply rotating it 180° during installation. This makes it a versatile choice.
