The Pfannenberg 4th generation Filterfans is the culmination of 60 years experience in thermal management. Using filterfans is the most efficient and cost-effective way to remove heat from the electrical cabinet at ambient temperatures below target internal. In order to utilize this cost-effective and energy efficient cooling solution, the shielding effect of the electrical cabinet housing for EM radiation is reduced by the installation cut-out. When the EMC filterfan is used, this shield is securely closed via a metal grid so that EM radiation is attenuated before entry and exit.

For reliable use in the area of electromagnetic fields (metallic shielding)

High air flow (19 845 m3/h) in small package with low energy consumption

No reduction of air flow

Tried and tested Pfannenberg filterfan technology

Installation: Patented tool-free 4-corner fastening system enables installation in seconds and guarantees a secure hold

Environmentally friendly, as there are no metalized plastics

Secure contact service on the installation cut-out edges without beryllium copper gaskets

More secure IP 54 protection by means of foam seal and patented 4-corner fastening system

The filter mat can be replaced easily and in seconds due to the optimized front cover

Flat shape and neutral design make a perfect integration into existing machines possible

Attenuation at 30 MHz about 71 dB

Attenuation at 400 MHz about 57 dB
