Fujikura Fibre Connector Cleaner
The Fujikura self-contained fibre connector cleaner is designed to remove fine particles from the optical faces of fibre connectors. Unlike regular clothes which may just move dust and oils across a surface, the polyester tape employed, made from minute strands, can absorb all the contaminants. The thumb-activated, spring-loaded window mechanism exposes a fresh section of the tape with each actuation and two elongated slots in the window allow a thorough double wipe of a connector end face. The side window indicates how much tape is left in the cleaner.
