The ROHM Automotive EEPROM from the 2-Wire I²C BUS Series is a 1 Kbit serial memory designed for high-reliability automotive applications, operating up to 125 °C and qualified to AEC-Q100 standards. It supports functional safety requirements and is fully controlled through two ports Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA). With a wide operating voltage range from 1.7 V to 5.5 V, it enables efficient performance and supports communication speeds up to 1 MHz.
