The 3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape is a low-outgassing Z-axis anisotropic electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive tape. This double-sided tape is filled with silver conductive particles for interconnection of electronic substrates. It is designed for EMI shielding and grounding applications, enabling devices to meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
