Incorporating Analog Devices/Intel Micro Signal Architecture (MSA), Blackfin® processors combine a dual-MAC signal processing engine, an orthogonal RISC-like microprocessor instruction set with single instruction and multiple data (SIMD) multimedia capabilities into a single instruction-set architecture.
