The Murata Power Solutions isolated gate drive DC to DC converter this is ideal for powering high side and low side gate drive circuits for IGBT or SiC and Mosfet gate drives in bridge circuits. A choice of asymmetric output voltages allows optimum drive levels for best system efficiency. It has continuous barrier withstand voltage is 2.4kV and has 6mm creepage and clearance. That comes with minimises coupling of transients across the isolation barrier and reduces system EMI problems, that assures reliable performance in high voltage applications. Suitable for the harsh industrial applications.
