The MPS International Ltd monolithic flyback DC/DC converter with a 180V power switch that targets isolated or non isolated 13W PoE applications. It supports both primary side regulated flyback and high voltage buck applications. It uses a fixed Peak current and variable frequency discontinuous conduction mode to regulate constant output voltage.
Supports buck from up to 80V input
Integrated 180V switching power MOSFET
Internal 80V start up circuit
Up to 3A programmable current limit
