The ROHM BD9G500UEFJ-LA is buck DC/DC converter with built-in low on-resistance High-Side power MOSFET. It is capable of providing current of up to 5A. Current mode architecture provides fast transient response and simple phase compensation setup. The operating frequency is adjustable from 100kHz to 650kHz.
