FCT from Molex D-Sub Connector, 15 Way, 5A Current Rating - F15P-K700 / 1731100012

Need to make D-sub connections in damp environments? Choose this connector plug by FCT from Molex. Thanks to its IP67 rating, it's dust-tight and protected against submersion in 1m of water for up to 30 minutes, so it can withstand use in high-moisture settings. The unit has gold-over-nickel plating on its copper alloy contacts, so it's corrosion-resistant, highly conductive and ensures reliable electrical connections. It's designed for solder termination to achieve an air-tight and vibration-resistant attachment.

Plug & Socket (for cable mounting)

Solder bucket 'D' plugs and sockets to be used as part of a waterproof cable connection in conjunction with the plastic and metallised hoods (stock no. 195-7187). These may then mate with the panel mounted D plugs and sockets (stock no. 195-7250) or with each other as part of an in-line cable assembly, using the relevant in-line adaptor kit (stock no. 246-6064 to stock no. 246-6086) to maintain IP67 rating.
