The CONEC D-SUB HD Female 90° 15pos. 0.350inch features contacts made of copper alloy with plating of 8μin hard gold over a minimum of 50μin nickel. The metal brackets are made of zinc die-cast, with 300μin copper, 40 to 120μin nickel, and 120-200μin tin. The threaded inserts are made from copper alloy with a minimum of 200μin tin over 80μin nickel. The PCB snaps are also made of copper alloy with a minimum of 200μin tin over 80μin nickel. The PCB hole has a diameter of 3.1±0.1mm, with a PCB thickness of 1.6mm. The fixing plate is made of PBT GF UL 94 V-0 in black.
