The female connector is designed for use with KK 396-series connector housings (such as 679-5072) and accepts wire sizes between 22 and 26AWG. The square post area uses spring-like contact to keep a connection with the male pin header. A locking tang ensures the Terminal stays firmly in place once it's loaded, so you can count on a firm hold, even on moving machinery.
