Siemens SIRIUS Innovation 3-Pole Contactor, 5.5kW, 12A - 3RT2 Series - 3RT2017-1BB41
Use this robust contactor from Siemens' SIRIUS Innovation range to control and protect industrial motors. It has three normally open (NO) contacts that are energised when a current passes through them. This triggers the safe starting of the motor. The electromechanical device also has an auxiliary contact that triggers a power cutoff when a surge current passes through it, protecting the attached motor from damage. With a surge voltage rating of 6kV, this contactor can handle sudden voltage spikes to enhance electrical safety. It has a tough thermoplastic housing that's durable and impact-resistant, so you can use it in harsh industrial environments.
