Siemens Contactor, 4 to 15ms Opening Delay, -25°C to +60°C Operating Temperature - SIRIUS Innovation Series - 3RT2017-1AF01
Send power speeding through your circuit with this contactor from Siemens. Its internal electromagnetic coil opens or closes the contacts when it receives energy. As you can expect an opening delay between 4 and 15ms and a closing delay between 8 and 33ms, you get rapid power switching. With a current rating of 12A, the unit stands up to the rigours of your heavy-duty equipment. You can mount it by screwing or snapping it onto a DIN rail, so installation in your industrial control system takes just a jiffy. Thanks to its 3-pole design, you can use it to switch 3-phase electric motors. The contactor has an IP20 rating to indicate it's finger-safe.
