RS PRO Straight 50 Ω Coax Adapter TNC Socket to TNC Socket 11 GHz
This coax bulkhead connector from RS PRO is suitable for effectively passing a signal through a panel. The 50 Ω TNC socket connectors on either side allow the coaxial cables to be simply plugged in without needing any tools or crimping, while the supplied silicone O-ring and nut allow an IP68 (Ingress Protection) waterproof connection to be established through the panel. The connector has a flat side, allowing a non-circular hole to be made, to prevent the device from rotating in the hole.
This connector is suitable for radio frequency signals and microwave signals up to 11 GHz and would typically be used for radio communications equipment such as Wi-Fi networks or high-frequency voice transmission. Fitting this connector is as simple as drilling a hole, fitting the O-ring, passing the connector through, fitting the crush washer and then tightening the nut.
