RS PRO Straight 50 Ω Coax Adapter BNC Socket to BNC Socket 4 GHz
Need to join one BNC socket to another to make a quick radio-frequency connection between cables? This 50 Ω BNC jack-to-jack coupler from the RS PRO range uses bayonet fixings to quickly connect coaxial cables. It comes with a nut and internal tooth washer to fix it securely to a pre-drilled hole in panels or equipment housing. Its nickel-plated body helps resist corrosion and a gold-plated centre contact optimises signal transmission. This kind of adapter is suitable for a variety of applications including video signalling and test equipment.
The 32.5 mm-long coax adapter has an operating frequency of 4 GHz. The straight body orientation allows you to join two straight cables into a longer straight cable assembly. It has been exhaustively tested to ensure its safety and reliability. That means it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) and contains only minimal hazardous substances (RoHS).
