The Microchip 1:8 LP-HCSL fan-out buffer designed for automotive high-performance and low-power applications. Its operates at frequencies up to 250MHz with ultra-low additive jitter of 6fs. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified. It is offered in a small 6 mm x 6 mm wettable flank VQFN-48L package.
Supports frequencies of up to 250 MHz
Transparent for spread spectrum
Outputs low power HCSL with embedded 85Ω and 100Ω termination resistors
Selectable pin or I2C bus control
