The Guitel Hervieu Swivel stem castor features a pressed steel, zinc-plated housing with a threaded stem fitting and a swivel mechanism on two rows of balls for smooth rotation. It is equipped with a double-acting lock on both the wheel and pivot, operated by a grey nylon pedal.
