Simply thread your chosen cable tie through two of the unit's four entry points and tighten it around your bunch of wires. The mount's sticky back lets you secure the bundle to a flat surface like a wall or floor. You can trust it to stay put once stuck in place as its high-strength rubber adhesive is peel-resistant.
