RS Pro IP68 Metric Cable Gland


The RS Pro Glands for use with screened cables are designed to connect the screen of the cable to the enclosure screening system. This is achieved by use of 2 tapered rings applying force onto an endless spring washer against the screen, to ensure a positive contact. Assembly is simple by exposing the screen, applying spring and washers then tightening the brass cable gland assembly. The gland bonds the screen to the housing.
