Eaton Auxiliary Contact, DPST Configuration, 220V DC/500V AC Contact Voltage Rating - DILM Series - 208281 DILM820-XHI11-SI

Switch up your motor control by adding this auxiliary contact from Eaton to your system. The device slots onto the side of your DILM contactor (such as 250-9854) and mirrors its actions to give you extra operating functionality. It uses interlocked opposing contacts, so you can depend on it for monitoring and signalling duties. Climactic proofing means the unit works in humid conditions and in a wide temperature range of -40°C to +60°C. With its rugged construction, you can expect it to work hard for at least 1,300,000 operations. This means you'll have no trouble using it in industrial manufacturing and processing environments. As it works with AC and DC contactors, it has wide compatibility with electric motor applications.

Features & Benefits

• Screw terminals keep a tight hold on cables for dependability

• Accepts solid and stranded wires between 18 and 14AWG for flexibility

• Short-circuit protection stops potential machine damage caused by rogue currents

Is there any isolation between the contacts on this auxiliary unit?

Yes, the contacts on the component are isolated. They're also isolated from the coil and the main contacts on your contactor to shield you safely from shocks.
