Belden 1800F Digital Microphone Cable, 24 AWG, CL2R rated

If you need rugged, high-quality digital microphone cabling that offers superior delivery of audio signals, try the 1800F cable from Belden.

The Belden 1800F cable is a microphone cable which uses 1 pair of stranded bare copper conductors (42x40). It features a tinned copper French braid shield which provides 95% coverage, for excellent protection against EMI (electromagnetic interference), giving you improved transmission of audio signals. The Belden 1800F is a robust choice for your installation as it also has foamed HDPE insulation (High Density Polyethylene), which offers high mechanical resilience. This cable can be operated in temperatures of -20°C to +60°C.

The 1800F B59500 unit features a matte black sheath and is 152m long.

Features and Benefits:

• CL2R rated (Class 2 Riser) makes it suitable for use in Riser applications

• 41.5 lbs (18.8 kg) maximum pull tension

• Bare copper conductors provide high conductivity for dependable signal transmission

• Tough PVC outer jacket ensures durability against abrasions, water, and oils

Applications:

What is Riser cable?

Riser rated cabling runs vertically between multiple floors of a building and has flame retardant properties to limit the spread of fire. They are used in non-plenum spaces (where plenum cabling, which needs to meet stricter fire safety standards, is not required).
