Bench/Floor ESD-Safe Mat, 380 mm x 500 mm
This ESD-safe mat from RS PRO protects you from the dangers of electric shocks while working with high voltage equipment, such as switchboards or in electrical test areas. The mats have a surface resistance of 1 x 106 to < 1 x 109 ohms as required by IEC 61340-2-3, which is the recognised international standard for Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protected areas.
The lightweight mat has a smooth surface texture and comes with a pocket for convenience when used on workbenches. It's 380 mm long and 500 mm wide. Made from red duracote, its high-quality flexible static-dissipative double-layer construction ensures maximum safety and durability.
This mat is compliant with ESD S20.20 and EN 61340-5-1 ESD control programs, for protection from damage due to electrostatic discharge in microelectronic and electrical settings. As part of the RS PRO series, the mat has been rigorously tested for quality and consistency.
