The Power Integrations TOP254YN is a Enhanced Eco Smart Integrated offline switcher with advanced feature set and extended power range power MOSFET, high voltage switched current source, PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device. The Y packages have the F pin removed to improve the noise immunity.
