Changes to RS small order delivery charges​

Reducing our carbon footprint is a critical element of our ESG plan. Minimising the number of individual packages being delivered across the globe is a central part of achieving our objectives. By moving most of our inter-company freight from air to sea, we have reduced our CO2 emissions across our APAC region by 22% in the last quarter alone. But we want to do more so on 1st August we will be introducing a small delivery charge for all orders under a certain value, which you see below (including consolidating your smaller orders into a single order). RS is also investing a portion of these freight charges to support some of our amazing ESG initiatives, including the recent global partnerships we have announced with Engineers Without Borders and The Machine Project.You can read more about these and RS Group’ approach to ESG here: www.rsgroup.com/esg.

Changes to RS small order delivery charges​

Standard Delivery

  • - Same day dispatch from our global warehouse when you order Monday - Friday before 4:30 pm
  • - Delivery leadtime : 14 working days.
  • - Order placed after cut off time will be dispatched the next working day.
  • - Some regional areas may experience an extended lead time, contact Customer Service on+632 8888 4030 for more information.
    • - Online Orders(For RS busines account holders):
    • Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over PHP2,500 (ex Vat). For orders under PHP2,500, there is a charge of PHP150.
    • - Offline Orders (telephone, email or fax) for RS business account holders:
    • Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over PHP3,000 (ex Vat). For orders under PHP3,000, there is a charge of PHP150.
    • - For all other customers (private or non RS business account holders) whether placed online or offline:
    • Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over PHP7,000 (ex Vat). For orders under PHP7,000, there is a charge of PHP1,300.
  • - Exclusions:
    • -Non-core product, Allied & ER (Extended Range Products) are excluded, lead time is around 15 – 20 working days.
    • -Further lead time restrictions may apply in some regional areas for Global products, contact Customer Service on+632 8888 4030 for more information.

Consolidated Delivery

  • - Multiple orders placed throughout the day can be packaged & delivered as one consignment, reducing handling time
