Lumileds LUXEON FlipChip UV LEDs


The LUXEON FlipChip UV series from Lumileds are a family of UltraViolet LEDs in a chip-scale package. This extremely Compact package comes with a UV Wavelength of between 380 and 410nm. The LUXEON FlipChip UV LEDs can be packed closely together for Chip-On-Board (COB) solutions. They also offer tight beam control.

These high power density UV LEDs have a batwing radiation pattern making them great for wide emission angles. The LUXEON FlipChip UV LEDs are designed for speciality lighting.
