The Eaton 9SX range of uninterruptible power supplies with robust online double-conversion power protection is constantly monitoring power conditions and regulating voltage and frequency. VA (volt-amperes) refers to apparent power, while watts refers to real power. In a UPS context, VA is the power consumption, while watts is the amount of power it can supply.
