RS PRO Silicone Liquid Compound, 90 ml Tube
This silicone rubber compound sealant from RS PRO flows with gravity, so will seep nicely into tight cracks and crevices. This means it's a good choice of adhesive for getting into those hard-to-reach places.
The one-part liquid sealant cures at room temperature and in the presence of moisture. It has a shelf life of 12 months, so can be stored for when you need it. It's also has a relaxed tack-free time of seven minutes, meaning you don't have to rush to get the results you need.
The compound meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances directive (RoHS), meaning it contains no more than minimal levels of any harmful substances such as polybrominated diphenyl ethers and dibutyl phthalate. This type of adhesive compound is commonly used for covering battery terminals and high-voltage insulators, as well as in formed-in-place gaskets and for waterproofing.
