Keysight N1414A Resistance Measurement Universal Adapter


Keysight N1414A is an adapter to simplify the connection for high resistance measurements by Keysight electrometer B2985A ( 888-2370 ). With this accessory, the customer can only use a triaxial cable for current measurement and a banana cable to bias the DUT (a high value resistor).
