The Phoenix Contact Communication Module designed for use within an Inline station. It allows for the operation of standard I/O devices with serial interfaces on a bus system. With one serial input and output channel, it supports both RS-485 and RS-422 versions. It features a 4 kByte receive buffer and a 1 kByte transmit buffer. Communication and parameterization can be done via PCP, making it a versatile and efficient solution for industrial automation.
