The Phoenix Contact fiber optic converter is equipped with integrated optical diagnostics and is compatible with DeviceNet, CAN, and CANopen protocols, supporting speeds of up to 1000 kbps. It serves as a termination device and features interfaces including 1 x CAN, 1 x Alarm, and 1 x FO (B-FOC) operating at 850 nm. The FO interface is designed for PCF/fiberglass (multi-mode) connections, enabling reliable and efficient communication between fiber optic and standard network interfaces in industrial automation applications.
