The ROHM BM series is pre-driver IC which is used for three-phase brushless motor driver which operated at input voltage range of 8 V to 28 V and available in VQFN032V5050 package. This pre driver IC used in fan motor, motor for pump, ceiling fan and other general consumer equipment applications.
