The ifm electronic Compressed Air Meter is a versatile device featuring two digital outputs and one analogue output. It supports various input and output configurations, including switching signals, analogue signals, pulse signals, and IO-Link, all of which are configurable. The electrical design accommodates both PNP and NPN configurations. It provides two digital outputs with a maximum voltage drop of 2.5 V and a permanent current rating of 150 mA per output. The single analogue output delivers a scalable current of 4 to 20 mA and supports a maximum load of 500 Ω. Additionally, the meter includes short-circuit protection with a pulsed type and overload protection to ensure reliable operation.
