OPI1268S High Series Voltage Isolators

The OPI1268S high voltage opto-isolator has a digital output which is capable of high speed data transmission. The OPI1268S consists of an IR LED (850 nm) which is optically coupled to the output optical IC. The device produces DC and AC voltage isolation between the input and output circuitry. Suitable applications for the OPI1268S include; transportation systems, PCB power systems, hybrid vehicles, medical systems and control systems.
